      The U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service(INS), an agency of the Department of Justice, is responsible for Immigration related services such as Immigrant and nonimmigrant sponsorship, Adjustment of status, Work authorization and other permits, Naturalization, Refugees and asylum.
